Industrial Rubber One-member Co.,Ltd, formerly Dong Nai Rubber Farm Union was established in 1978 under the Decision 818/QD.UBT dated 30/06/1978 by the Chairman of Dong Nai Province People’s Committee to take-over and rebuild rubber plantation in the province (which were not managed by Dong Nai Rubber Company under the Viet Nam Rubber Corporation).

At present, the Company manages 1,608 ha of rubber land and has 4 production teams which are managed by the company, including:

1) Thanh Tuy Ha Team

With a total area of 540 ha, it has a factory for RSS sheet rubber preliminary processing located in  two villages Phu Thanh and Long Tan, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province. Its capacity is 4 tons/day.

Tan Dinh Team

With a total area of 258 ha, it has a factory for RSS sheet rubber preliminary processing located in 3 villages Xuan Tan, Hang Gon (Long Khanh district) and Xuan Dinh village (Xuan Loc district) Dong Nai province. Its capacity is 4 tons/day.

2) Xuan Loc Team

It has a total area of 410 ha, located in 2 villages Xuan Tam, Xuan Hung, Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province.

3) Xuan Hoa Team

It has a total area of 400 ha, located in Xuan Hoa village, Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province.

Main activities:

-     Producing rubber seeds, planting, taking care of rubber and KTCB rubber.

-        Exploiting, preliminary processing of smoked latex RSS and crepes.

-        Rubber products and rubber Business of wood.

-        Consulting on the development of private-owned rubber.

-        Contributing investment capital to business of residential area.

 During the process of operation, the company has received many commendations and rewards from Government, Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee and higher authorities.
